The Adaptation Futures 2016 Press Team deals with all media enquiries relating to the conference activities and its speakers. Access our media releases, download photographs, subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on Twitter. Keep up to date with the developments at www.adaptationfutures2016.org or on Twitter @confAF2016.

Accreditation to join the conference

To join the conference, members of the press will need to register for the conference. If you are interested, please mail the conference secretariat.

1. Mail or phone the Press Team and make an appointment for an interview with one of the speakers or visit a session during the conference. For registration purposes during the conference please state your name and press medium. 
2.

Upon arrival at the conference venue, please go to the Press registration desk to pick up your name badge and press information.
Please bring with you:

* Your valid press card (or if you are a media representative from a country which does not issue press cards, a letter from the editor of your media organisation, signed by the editor-in-chief, specifying your professional status is required or the invitation we send you)
*  Or other valid ID
*

For freelance journalists or photographers the following applies: you must be on assignment from a media outlet (a letter from the editor of the media organisation, signed by the editor-in-chief, specifying your assignment is required) or your received an invitation from the Press Team
